Comparative Literature and Translation Studies have so far expanded the frontiers of their own disciplines beyond their traditional conventional sense. Individually or in cooperation with the other, either discipline can lead to a more comprehensive understanding of literatures and cultures. The synergy between the two disciplines through bringing together methods and theories from both can result in innovative studies that cannot be properly conducted within the boundaries of either discipline separately. Adopting a historical perspective, the present paper highlighted the points of convergence between the two disciplines in order to identify the fields of research which can benefit most from the cooperation between the scholars of comparative literature and translation studies. Literary history, translation history, and reception studies belong to such fields of research.

Purpose: The present research aimed at finding an answer to the question of the process of influence of cyberspace on Iranian Poetry in the future, and the influence of cyberspace on various aspects of poetry such as content, its audience, the poet, the media that published the poem, the process of composing the poem, the rights of the author, and Globalization of the Iranian poetry. Method: The Delphi technique was used to carry out this research. A group of experts comprising professors in the fields of Communication and Literature was selected. The expert’s opinions were collected and analyzed through an in-depth interview, a questionnaire based on the Likert scale, and by the execution of three stages of Delphi rounds. Findings: Accordingly, considering the content, the experts predicted that due to the impact of cyberspace, the quality of the poetry will be reduced and consequently, the language of poetry will become simpler and close to prose and it will only reflect the daily events of life. Regarding the audience, they concluded that the audience’s selection power will be increased, however, we can differentiate between the public and professional audience. With respect to the sender, there will be no phenomenon of multi authors, and regarding the channel, the experts agreed upon Media Convergence besides, the poets’ agency in publishing their own poems will be increased. Conclusion: Experts believe that the spread of communication technologies will make censorship ineffective. This is the only case in which the group believes in the impact of technology on the future of poetry. The group of experts did not reach a consensus regarding the impact of technology on the phenomena such as publication of author’s poems as one’s original work and the Globalization of Iranian poetry, thus, analyzed these items in the framework of the human agency.

Purpose: Managers are one of the important elements of an organization, for this reason, in order to draw the future of the organization, it is necessary for the planners to specify the conditions of their selection and appointment. Therefore, the current research has been done with the aim of identifying and analyzing the components of selecting future principals.Method: In this research, comparative and benchmarking method is used as a prospective approach. This approach is based on the belief that today's advanced organizations/countries can be considered as a model for the future of another organization/countries in their respective subjects. For this, first, the fields of comparison and benchmarking were determined using Brody's four-step comparison method; then the countries of Canada, Finland, Australia, South Africa, and Japan were selected according to the qualitative balance value in the international advanced TEAMS test, human development index, life quality index(health, instruction, and welfare), education quality index, and other scientific-scholarly indexes; finally, by extracting the criteria for the selection and appointment of principals through content analysis and comparison with Iran, the proposed framework for Iran has been presented.Findings: A total of 61 components for the selection of secondary school principals were identified from among the studies conducted in the selected countries in this article. By extracting the commonalities and differences of each of the components among the countries, it was found that the highest index of manager selection and appointment belongs to Japan and the lowest one is related to Finland.Conclusion: There are similarities between the components of selection of principals of secondary schools in Iran and selected countries. In Iran, special attention should be paid to important components such as adherence to religious principles, appropriate personality traits, creativity and innovation, motivation to develop capabilities, professional growth, power of supervision and accountability, social image, leader skills, and purposefulness and foresight.

Zinc oxide nanoparticles are one of the known safe compounds, and their low toxicity makes them suitable for waste water remediation. An environment-friendly approach of synthesizing nanoparticles is the use of plant extracts which are rich sources of phytochemicals as reducing agents. In this research, aqueous extracts of four different plants’,leaves were analyzed and found to contain anthocyanins, steroids, phenolics, saponins, flavonoids, and terpenoids. Optimization study prepared the precursors (zinc salt and plant extracts) in varying volume-ratios of 1: 1, 1: 2 and 2: 1,a higher yield was observed for the ratio 1: 1 having calculated percentage yields of 50. 0 %, 64. 1 %, 21. 8 %, and 68. 0 % for leaves of guava, tropical almond, lemon, and Mexican a, respectively. The TEM characterization of these biosynthesised nanoparticles have sizes in the range 0. 22 nm and 5. 80 nm, while the EDS spectra presented these nanoparticles as highly pure having major elements of zinc and oxygen. The small sizes and very high purity of the biosynthesised nanoparticles make them fit for adsorption applications such as waste water remediation.

A number of ethylene/propylene/diene elastomers (known as EPDM) were prepared in the presence of homogeneous VOCl3-Al2Et3Cl3 and indenyl, rac-Etlnd2ZrCl2-methylaluminoxane catalyst systems to compare their activity towards EPDM terpolymerization and their effects on the molecular weight distribution and the microstructure of the final products. 5-Ethyliden-2-norbornene (known as EBN) was used as the termonomer. Terpolymers prepared with the vanadium-based catalyst were of the higher molecular weight and more random in structure than those obtained with the zirconium catalyst. The latter catalyst system produced comparatively narrower molecular weight distribution. The loss in catalyst activity in presence of the non-conjugated diene was much higher than the anticipated amounts from kinetic parameters.

1. IntroductionThe scientific articles that are published in the periodicals of any country are among the most important scientific treasures of that country. One of the issues that has attracted the attention of researchers and literary critics is the analysis of humor and the works of humorists, as one of the most important tools for understanding the thoughts and cultures and social and political characteristics of different societies. The literature of every society, with the help of the element of humor, goes against the unfavorable situations of the society, and on its way, it causes changes in different aspects, and this affects such social, political and cultural fields and is mutually affected by them. Therefore, satirical studies provide us with valuable information about various political, social and cultural issues of different societies. On the other hand, with the growth and development of comparative studies, the researchers of different nations have investigated and compared humor and the works of their humorists with different nations and investigated their differences and similarities and the causes and contexts of these similarities and differences as well as their impact on They have shown interest in each other. Today, we see many comparative studies in the field of humor studies. By examining and analyzing the content of comparative humor research articles, this research shows the quantity and quality of these articles, and to what extent they are written based on the scientific principles of comparative studies, and what are their strengths and weaknesses.  MethodologyThis research has analyzed 39 comparative scientific articles in the field of humor research using the content analysis method. First, by using famous Persian websites such as Noormags.ir, Magiran.com, Humanities Comprehensive Portal, Academic Jihad Scientific Database (SID.ir), etc. Either the abstract or the keywords of comparative literature and humor have been used, it was determined, then the articles were reviewed and evaluated according to the criteria approved by comparative literature, and the results were determined on the graph.  Discussion Pathology of comparative satirical essaysIn order to explain the meaning of comparative literature, we should linger more in front of its concept, to remove what the comparative researchers have wrongly put in the category of comparative literature. In this section, the pathology of comparative research in the field of humor has been discussed under the two topics of subject matter and research methodology, and cases such as methodology in research, incomplete understanding of comparative literature and only finding similarities and differences in works, having creativity and innovation, addressing generalizations. And inattention to details, lack of use of reliable scientific sources, ignorance or knowledge of the principles of comparative literature have been examined in researches.  ConclusionA high frequency of articles written in the field of comparative studies, inspired by the word (adaptation), have limited themselves to comparing the similarities and differences of two works and have chosen the title (comparative review) for their articles; Now that comparative literature has important principles that it is international and intercultural and interdisciplinary, examining the influence and influences of cultures and works of literature on each other, important factors and contexts in the influence of one culture on another culture and why and how the similarities and differences are, and also examining The transformative elements are among the most important of these principles. In the list of sources of most of the comparative articles published in the field of humor studies, not even one of the reliable and important sources of the field of comparative studies can be seen, and even in some cases, no comparison has been made regarding the similarities and differences, and throughout the article, only the word comparative is mentioned in the title. The articles written in the field of comparative literature lack structure and scientific content in most cases, the research method is not given, or the term (descriptive analysis based on comparison) is sufficient, and only a handful of articles refer to the American or French school of comparative literature is mentioned. The articles that have the necessary knowledge about comparative literature are those that, while referring to the concept of comparative studies, have introduced their research outside of the comparative field.

Comparative studies of mysticism tries to compare mystical phenomena in different cultures in order to bring about a better understanding of these cultures and make an intercultural relation between them.This article classifies the sources of the study into the first hand, second hand and third hand sources, and differentiate the translated sources from exegeses. It reviews the difficulties of the comparative method of research on mysticism, like: unavailability of the first hand sources, misunderstanding of the original sources by the foreign researchers, and word by word translation of mystical terms. It also suggests some resolutions for dealing with such problems (e.g. functionalist approach).
